All Sales Are Final.
- We hope to ensure quality, however as humans we can make mistakes (send the wrong size/item). If we make a mistake we will find a way rectify the situation.
- Please note that colors in photos may be slightly different from actual items in terms fo color due to lighting during the photo shoot or your monitor's display.
- If for some reason you feel your product does not meet the product description, contact us immediately. The buyer will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your and the item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in brand new condition (not worn/used) for health/hygiene reasons. Once the item is received you will receive shop credit for the item purchased (minus shipping/tax).
Once you place an order, processing can take up to 3-6 business days. We will work to process your order as quickly as possible and usually can get it out sooner. *Does not apply to preorder purchases. Preorder purchases can take 2-3 weeks processing with our vendors, but we will ship within the 3-6 business days as stated above.*
All domestic orders are sent via USPS. While we cannot guarantee a delivery date, shipping in Hawaii usually takes about 1-3 business days, 3-5 Business days within the US & 2-4 weeks for international & APO addresses.
Once an item has left our possession and is with the mail carrier the only information we have is the provided tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damages once an item has left our possession and is with the nominated mail carrier. We understand the frustration and annoyance that comes with missing packages and we are happy to assist you throughout the process of locating your package.
